If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The iRig Pads opens up the world of midi triggers for DJ's and live producers through an iOS device though it also works with PC and Mac computers. With 16 velocity sensitive pads with 3 colour lighting under each one the iRig Pads not only sends your playing into your software of choice but also feeds back that information so you can quickly adjust and see exactly what is going on with each pad in your set up. You also have 2 MIDI knobs, one slider and a pushbutton rotary encoder which are all completely programable to whatever software you want to use.

Sometimes you need more options than what are available to you on one scene so with the iRig Pads you have total recall with 16 user-programmable scenes that you can bring back any time you want so you don't have to change your settings between each section or track.
Portability
One of the great points of this product is just how portable it is. Being smaller than an iPad and less than 1" thick means that it you can put it in nearly any laptop or iPad bag and carry it with you without a power supply from gig to gig thanks to the bus power supply that can even run off of an iPad.

Effortless portability
iRig Pads is designed to be effortlessly portable. It's smaller than an iPad and less than 1" thick - it's the smallest groove controller on the market. It has a slim, compact form factor and it's so lightweight that it can easily be slipped into any backpack or iPad or laptop bag and carried around with ease. iRig Pads is low energy consumption, does not need a power source and draws its power directly from its host device for maximum portability. Some scenes are also pre-programmed to work with many of your favourite apps and software right out of the box.

iRig Pads comes with a suite of powerful apps and software designed for immediate plug and play compatibility. iPhone and iPad users will be able to make beats out of the box with SampleTank free, control grooves and launch loops with GrooveMaker 2 free for iPhone and iPad and remix their preferred tracks with DJ Rig free (all downloadable from the App Store, appstore.com). On Mac and PC the included SampleTank 3 SE - available as a standalone and a plug-in virtual instrument for every major DAW - includes over 6.5 GB of content, 400 instruments and 150 MIDI patterns. It's a complete music production workstation that works right out of the box (available as a download from the IK user area). By registering their iRig Pads, users will get an exclusive free collection of 50 additional instruments (800 samples) and 50 MIDI patterns that can be played with SampleTank on both iOS as well as Mac and PC. These instruments and patterns have been designed specifically for beat makers and groove performers using iRig Pads.
