Studio Mixers
Studio Mixers
We have a wide selection of Studio mixers here at Andertons Music Co. with loads of different options to suit your needs. Whether you’re looking to record a live set for a band on tour or just want a small simple studio mixer.
Studio Mixers can come in many different forms and will all have slightly different use cases depending on what you need it for. Often, recording engineers will need a studio mixer with many inputs to allow them to mic up every element of a band or artist. Or you might only need 4 tracks to record a solo singer-songwriter. We’ve got an option for you, regardless of application.
We’ve got Digital Mixers that’ll work equally well in a studio environment or in a live environment as well as mixers made specifically for studio or live use. We also stock all of the big hitters including Behringer, Allen & Heath, Yamaha, Mackie and more!
Analog Mixers provide a simpler signal flow, and are generally more affordable than their digital counterpart. Many analog consoles have a similar workflow so you can be sure your skills will be transferrable to other models.
Do I need a mixer for a home studio? You might ask. You can still use a mixer with an audio interface to mix your signals before they reach the interface, adjust your signal routing with lots of gear or simply just to use more recording microphones than your interface would usually allow! A good studio mixer is always a useful tool to have around!
If you don’t see the desk for you, or if you’re daunted by the prospect of choosing a Studio Mixer, why not get in touch with us? We’d be happy to help!
