The store is open 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am - 5pm Sunday and bank holidays.
The stock information shows the quantity of units that are available to purchase at the Guildford store and the quantity of units that are available at our off-site Guildford warehouse. These stock levels are updated in real time.
Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

QSC has such confidence in their products that they offer a 6-year warranty, backing up the design and build of these loudspeakers, meaning they’re always there to help when putting your system through its paces!
Who is this bundle for?
Are you a band performing large performances or in large venues? Then our large venue system is the perfect choice for you! With this system you can reach a capacity of around 300 people but of course, it can vary depending on the size of the room! We’ve selected QSC loudspeakers for this package, widely known for their quality and consistency making them a perfect choice to take on the road with you!
The QSC K12.2 Loudspeakers
Featuring two QSC K12.2 active loudspeakers to give you clarity in the mid-range and high end. The QSC Directivity Matched Transition® (DMT) design projects your band’s sound comfortably in any environment and for the entire audience. The design of the loudspeakers allows your audience to hear everything in detail - from the nuance of vocals or the crispness of your cymbals, to the full body of a guitar or bass.
These QSC loudspeakers also use Intrinsic Correction; this runs in the background running the average of thousands of spatial loudspeaker measurements mapped to the internal processor of the loudspeaker to give a smooth and accurate sound across the loudspeaker’s playback.
Featuring a 2000-Watt, best in class, power module, the loudspeaker’s drivers will be suitably powered, meaning you can drive them as hard as you need to while keeping control of the dynamics. Built-in dynamic processing also protects the drivers from damage and the performance from distortion.
The K12.2 also features on-board DSP (Digital Signal Processing). This processor allows you to change parameters within the loudspeaker. For example, pre-defined EQ patterns allow you to match the way you are using your loudspeaker (Live, Dance, monitor etc), or to adapt o the venue you are in. You can even save and recall these settings if you’re frequently using them, so if you’re setting up at the same places you can be ready quickly! You can also adjust other functions like the crossover with your sub, and even delays compensating for multiple loudspeakers at varying distances!
The KS118 Subwoofer
We’ve also included two KS118 active subwoofers in this package. These compliment the finer details of your bass making your kick drum and low end as subtle or as in your face as you need them to be! Making this system great with a full band plugged in or for playback between sets. Subs aren’t just great for their low end though. By directing more of those bass frequencies through them you are also giving yourself more headroom for your top loudspeakers, resulting in a clearer and more dynamic sound.
While still a large setup (loudspeakers 23.7”×14”×13.8” and sub 25.2”×20.5”×30.9“) they’re shaped as such to make them easy to pack up and store, be it in a dedicated space or in the back of a van!

To get you setup as quickly as possible we’ve included all the accessories you need to get these loudspeakers up and running, including poles to mount the loudspeakers over the subs and all necessary cables.
