Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Powerful and musical, the PreSonus Eris Pro Sub 10 active, front-firing studio subwoofer is designed to deliver fast and accurate transient response, extending low frequencies down to 20 Hz, allowing you to hear the full-spectrum range of your mix. Driven by 170W (RMS) Class AB amplification, the Eris Pro Sub 10's 10”, glass-composite, low-frequency driver delivers tight, responsive sub-bass, thanks to its lightweight and rigid cone.
Extensive user controls include a continuously variable lowpass filter for creating a seamless crossover transition between the full-range studio monitors and subwoofer for the most accurate listening environment possible. An onboard footswitch control lets you quickly A/B your mix with and without the subwoofer for easy referencing.

The Eris Pro Sub 10 integrates seamlessly with your full-range monitors. A variable lowpass filter sets the upper (crossover) frequency reproduced by the subwoofer. A switchable highpass filter on the full-range outputs helps avoid frequency cancellation and reinforcement in the subwoofer’s upper range, while a polarity-invert function ensures your system is in phase. A momentary footswitch (included) makes it easy to compare your mix with or without sub-bass frequencies. - Versatile Connectivity:
Eris Pro Sub 10 subwoofers provide the connections needed to act as the central hub for a basic monitoring setup, including left and right balanced XLR and 1/4" TRS and unbalanced RCA main inputs. Connect full-range monitors with left and right balanced XLR or 1/4" TRS outputs. An XLR subwoofer output lets you connect a second Pro Sub 10. - For your Room:
Acoustic Tuning controls ensure you’ll get the flattest frequency response possible in your mix environment.
