Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Pre Effects
- Zuul: Widely regarded as the epitome of noise gate performance and transparency! This virtual studio-grade noise gate gets the job done with a simple operation.
- Hexdrive: An overdrive pedal with a higher output than most, with additional headroom and an irregular style of clipping, it gives an outstanding blend of both boost and overdrive.
- Grind: Besides additional gain, GRIND adds an incredible amount of clarity and articulation to the sound, making every note defined and present, even when highly distorted.
Amplifier
Specifically crafted to meet the demanding needs of extreme metal musicians, this single-channel amplifier is celebrated for its brutal, tight, and aggressive sound while maintaining clarity and feel. It is meticulously hand wired and commands a furious 50 watts through all-tube circuitry, ensuring it creates nothing but the most savage, bone-crushing tones.
Cabsim + IR Loader
A comprehensive cabsim module with hundreds of IRs captured by Neural DSP and 6 virtual microphones that can be easily positioned around the speakers. This module also serves as a standard IR loader.
EQ
9-band graphic EQ with high & low pass filters for total control over frequency response.
Transpose & Doubler
Transpose: Pitch your guitar up or down by a constant interval (+12/-12 semitones). Use this to easily change the tuning of your instrument.
Doubler: Project your signal to a simulated stereo field giving you the sound of a double-tracked recording.
