Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

- Time Capsule - Fender’s Time Capsule portrays a vintage instrument in near-new condition. There is no real ageing but its NOS Lacquer has lost some of its sheen and some parts of the metal hardware show slight oxidisation.
- Soft V - Favoured by many of the greats, the Soft V is the perfect neck for players who like to feel the neck but still want the comfort of a more rounded neck profile.
- Butterscotch Blonde - Is a Butterscotch Tele the most iconic guitar style ever? It's certainly up there - and this specimen shows you why. A lush flash-coat Nitrocellulose lacquer finish makes this guitar look and feel like an untouched '50s legend.
Original Woods
Fender's original wood combination of an Ash body partnered up with a Maple neck. The Ash provides a sweet and resonant well-balanced guitar tone which is brilliantly complimented by the brightness and responsiveness of the maple neck.
Twisted Tele Meets Josefina Red Hot
Fender’s Twisted Tele pickups merge the boundaries between the crystal, bell-like chime of a Strat and the higher output twang of a Tele. These Custom Shop designed and made pickups are built using Alnico 5 for an overall vintage-styled tonality that sits comfortably with all playing styles. The neck pickup features a taller bobbin for increased wind space and is wound using Formvar-coated magnet wire for enhanced Strat-like glassiness.
In the bridge, you've got a Red Hot Tele pickup handwired by the legendary Josefina Campos. Selected by the ‘Queen of Tone’ Abigale Yabarra (Fender’s original pickup winder from the early '50s) to be her apprentice before she retired, Josefina’s hand-wound pickups are the sum of all Abigale’s and Leo’s knowledge. This Tele's handwound Red Hot bridge pickup gives you everything you want in a blackguard Tele, plus more! With ripping highs and a tight bass, it's the perfect counterpart to the 'Strat-like ' Custom Shop Twisted Tele in the neck.
