If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The Midas DN4816-I is a professional StageConnect interface designed to expand the input capabilities of your monitor or FOH console. Featuring 16 balanced analogue inputs, it allows the connection of wireless receivers, external audio devices, or other line-level sources such as backing tracks or video audio feeds. Dual Ultranet outputs provide seamless integration with P16 monitoring systems, AIR mixers, and Turbosound speakers, translating signals between StageConnect and Ultranet for a fully integrated ecosystem. The device supports 32 channels of uncompressed 24-bit PCM audio with sub-millisecond latency, transmitted via a single XLR or DMX cable. Its scalable design allows daisy-chaining with other DN48XX Series interfaces, automatically negotiating channel assignments for easy system expansion. Power can be supplied via 12 V DC or through the StageConnect bus, with up to 18 W available to downstream devices. The DN4816-I simplifies complex stage setups, reduces cabling, and ensures reliable, high-quality audio performance in both touring and installed sound environments.
