Music Man Stingray Basses
Music Man Stingray Basses
Since debuting in 1976, the Music Man Stingray has become one of the most popular bass guitars around. Stingrays have been used by musicians such as Bernard Edwards (Chic, Sister Sledge), Pino Palladino, Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Tim Commerford (Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave) and many more.
Whilst they’re often associated with funk and disco styles, the Stingray is an impressively versatile bass. Thanks to it’s powerful humbucker(s) and active EQ, the Stingray can span genres from jazz to high-octane rock.
Stingray basses can come in single or dual humbucker configurations and there’s also 5-string versions available. If you don’t see the version or colour that you like in our listings, please contact us and we can get your ideal Stingray ordered for you!
