What is the Andertons Black Friday Price Promise?
Andertons Music Co. is offering a price promise on all new products bought between November 1st 2023 and the day before Black Friday (November 23rd 2023). If a purchase you made was subsequently discounted over the Black Friday weekend, we'll refund you the difference in loyalty points!
Here is how it works...
- Buy any new product between November 1st-23rd 2023 Black Friday (available while stocks last).
- Check back on the Black Friday weekend to see if your purchased item has been discounted.
- Use the Price Promise Form to let us know whether your item(s) has been reduced in price.
- When you contact us, make sure to include your receipt/order number.
- We'll then verify your purchase and refund the difference in loyalty points.
Terms & Conditions
- The Andertons Music Co. Black Friday Price Promise is available only in respect of orders made between the 1st and 23rd of November.
- For the purpose of our Black Friday Price Promise, Black Friday Weekend shall be defined as Thursday 23rd November 18:00 2023 to Monday the 27th November 23:59 2023.
- In order to claim on the Black Friday Price Promise (a “Black Friday Price Promise Claim”), you must contact Andertons Music Co. detailing the product purchased and your original receipt number within 14 days of Black Friday Weekend.
- Your order must have been completed and paid in full to be eligible.
- If a successful claim is made, all refunds shall be remunerated using Andertons Music Co. Loyalty Points to the value of the ‘price difference’, redeemable against future purchases with Andertons Music Co. This is at our discretion and not a guarantee.
- The ‘price difference’ shall be calculated as the full price paid for the ‘product’ minus the ‘product’ sale price during Black Friday Weekend.
- To be eligible to apply, any products must have been purchased as brand new from Andertons Music Co. and the price difference will only be calculated on like-for-like products. The Andertons Black Friday Price Promise is not applicable to any B-Stock or Second Hand items.
- ‘Black Friday Price Promise Claims’ must be submitted within 14 days of the Black Friday Weekend (defined above).
- These Andertons Black Friday Price Promise terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- We will aim to process Black Friday Price Promise Claims within five working days of receipt.
- In the event of us approving your Black Friday Price Promise claim, we shall credit your Andertons Music Co. account with loyalty points to the value of the difference between the two prices.
- Andertons Music Co. reserves the right to withdraw the Black Friday Price Promise at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these Black Friday Price Promise terms at any time.
