Hydrasynth Deluxe is the largest keyboard with ASM Polytouch technology. Each of the two sound engines features 3 Oscillators, dual Wave Mutators and 2 filters, that can be configured in series or parallel, but don't be intimidated! Dual Sound Engine for Your Sound Design Dreams

The Hydrasynth Deluxe offers 16 voices of polyphony in single mode, which can be split into two completely separate 8 voice sound engines in Multi mode. The two Multi modes for separate sound engine operation includes Keysplit which creates classic keyboard splitting between two patches, and Dual which enables layering of two patches over the whole keyboard. This means you can either split or layer your synth for bi-timbral operations.

The oscillators allow you to choose from 219 single cycle waveforms, You can also create your own waves thanks to the Wavelist mode, that allows you to select 8 waves out of 219 and arrange them the way you want. To give even more spice to your waves, you have an array of mutators at your fingertips, including FM Linear, Wavestack, Harmonic Sweep and more!

Infinite Sound Possibilities...

As we mentioned, Hydrasynth Deluxe is a real dream when it comes to shaping your own sound. ASM also added many features to really give you total power and creative freedom. The brand new 73-keys keyboard features Polytouch, ASM's exclusive technology that provides ON/OFF velocity and aftertouch as well as full polyphonic aftertouch.

On top of that you'll also be able to use the Ribbon Controller, which is freely assignable as a source in the Mod Matrix, but it can also be used in Theremin Mode where it will send both trigger and pitch.

Hydrasynth Deluxe also features two filters. The first one has 16 different filter models, whilst the second one is a 12db per octave has a continuous sweep from either low pass > bandpass >high pass or low pass > notch > high pass, modelled on the classic SEM filter.

The Hydrasynth Deluxe is provided with 5 DAHDSR (Delay, Attack, Hold, Decay Sustain Release) envelope generators and 5 LFOs, each of which has 10 standard waveforms to choose from and a Step mode to create sequences up to 64 steps.

With 32 user-definable modulation routings, you will have plenty of ways to use the 29 modulation sources and 155 modulation destinations. Almost everything in the synth engine can be a modulation destination including the effects and arpeggiator. The Modulation matrix points themselves can also become modulation destinations. Modulation sources & destinations include the CV Mod In & Out jacks as well as MIDI CC’s.​​​ ​

Last but not least, the Hydrasynth Deluxe comes with 8 banks of 128 patches in Single mode. There are 5 banks of 128 Multi mode patches and these both hold a Lower and Upper patch which are separate from the Single patches.
