Native Instruments - Melted Vibes - MPC Edition

Melted Vibes MPC Edition is a characterful instrument for Akai MPC that specialises in detuned melodies, woozy pads and warped grooves. Built from Native Instruments cult Play Series and reimagined specifically for standalone MPCs, it delivers instant vibe-soaked sounds that sit right at the front of your mix, with hands-on controls that make sculpting your next hook fast and inspiring.

Loaded with pads, plucks and keys captured through legendary preamps and iconic synthesisers, Melted Vibes MPC Edition wraps every note in shifting, morphing textures. Whether you are crafting hazy drill leads, late-night trap chords or leftfield pop hooks, it gives you a palette of modern, emotive tones that feel polished yet playfully imperfect, all optimised to run smoothly on supported MPC hardware.

Designed for MPC Workflow

Melted Vibes MPC Edition has been tailored from the ground up for Akai MPC users, with the interface, controls and presets all redesigned to feel natural on the pads and encoders. You get the sonic quality of Native Instruments Play Series in a format that loads quickly, responds smoothly and keeps you in the groove without needing a computer.

Detuned, Textured Melodies

At the heart of Melted Vibes is a curated collection of detuned keys, plucks and pads that ooze character. Subtle pitch drifts, modulation and layered noise add movement and emotion, helping simple phrases feel alive. It is ideal for producers who want melodies that instantly cut through and carry a mood without heavy processing.

Legendary Source Sounds

The core sounds in Melted Vibes MPC Edition are built from recordings of classic synthesisers and premium studio chains. Preamps and outboard gear add warmth and depth before the tones are twisted into modern, genre-ready presets. The result is a blend of vintage richness and contemporary edge that slots straight into today’s productions.

Focused, Musical Controls

Each preset comes with a streamlined set of macro-style controls so you can quickly dial in tone, movement and space. Instead of getting lost in menus, you stay focused on performance and composition, nudging a few key parameters to take a sound from subtle and smoky to bold and upfront in seconds.
