Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that stock availability can change quickly both online and in-store, so we would always recommend placing your Click and Collect order as soon as possible to reserve your item.

The UDG FlightCase for the Pioneer DJM V10 is a rugged, road-ready solution designed specifically to keep your flagship mixer safe in transit and ready to work the moment you arrive. Built from heavy duty 9 mm plywood with a sleek black honeycomb finish and fully padded interior, it gives professional DJs and touring engineers the confidence that their DJM V10 is protected against the knocks, scrapes and dust of life on the road.
Every detail has been fine-tuned for demanding use, from the extra wide aluminium profiles and stackable ball corners to the spring loaded handles and recessed butterfly latches. A dedicated rear space for connections and PSU storage, plus removable panels and cable access, make setting up fast and tidy so you can focus on the performance rather than the logistics.
Road Ready Protection for the DJM V10
Constructed from solid 9 mm thick plywood and finished in UDG’s distinctive black honeycomb “Stage Grip” pattern, this flight case is built to handle the rigours of regular gigging. The tough outer shell resists impacts and scuffs, while the powder coated and anodised hardware is designed to stand up to constant loading, unloading and stacking at venues, clubs and festivals.
High Density EVA Foam Interior
Inside, high density diamond embossed EVA foam cradles your DJM V10, helping to absorb shocks and preventing movement in transit. This full padded interior protects against scratches and dust, keeping your mixer looking and performing at its best. The snug, form fitting design means you can transport your mixer with confidence between home, studio and stage.
Fast, Clean Setups
The UDG FlightCase is designed to make setup as quick and clean as possible. A convenient 80 mm space at the rear provides room for connections and PSU storage, while a removable cable and PSU cover panel keeps everything neat when you are ready to play. The removable front access panel and dedicated cable access hole with removable UDG emblem cover make it easy to route and manage cables without compromising protection.
Professional Hardware and Handling
Extra wide black aluminium profiles, dual anchor rivets with washers and stackable ball corners give the case a solid, professional feel and allow secure stacking with other compatible cases. Heavy duty spring loaded handles make lifting and manoeuvring the case more comfortable, while recessed butterfly twist latch locks keep the lid firmly closed in transit and help prevent accidental opening.
