Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

Product Description
The Loong is the culmination of lead Tone City designer J. Wong's 18 years' experience building effects pedals. The result is a premium preamp and high-gain distortion inspired by classic British amp tones, including voicings based on Tone City's own Model M and Golden Plexi stompboxes. The Loong is more than just two pedals smashed together – it brings fresher, richer fullness to the sound, incredible amp-like dynamics and plenty more functionality and tone tweaking potential. The Loong can be as the core of your amp pedal rig or add new sounds to your setup!
Distinguished British amp sounds across two channels
The Loong is built on two distinct channels, each with their own EQ, presence setting and gain staging. The first is an asymmetrical clipping that serves up a thick metal tone, ranging from classic eighties fatness to a lean modern aggression.
The second symmetrical channel delivers lower gain and a strengthened midrange, which is great for all veins of rock where dynamics play a big part of your sound.
Lead and rhythm voicings
You can also set voicings on both channels to either lead or rhythm based on what you want out of the Loong, whether you're laying down riffs or tapping into soaring solos. The rhythm mode reduces distortion for a tasty crunch, while the lead setting adds in a boosted kick. The tight switch activated also slims out the low-end for a modern punchy attack.
You get excellent headroom as if you were playing into a high wattage amp, meaning your tone only gets saturated if you choose it to, and dynamics stay large and sprightly.
