Product Description
If you love the airy resonance of a semi-acoustic guitar but still want the reliability of a solid electric, the PRS SE Hollowbody I Piezo should be on your shortlist. With its Maple top, Mahogany back and fully hollow construction paired with a clever centre block, you get that big, open tone while keeping feedback nicely under control — even at higher volumes.
Electric-meets-acoustic versatility
Equipped with PRS 85/15 “S” pickups, this guitar delivers a beautifully balanced, full-bodied sound. The real magic, though, is in the dual volume controls for the magnetic pickups and PRS/LR Baggs piezo system. Whether you're after convincing acoustic sparkle, classic electric bite or a unique blended tone in between, it’s all right there at your fingertips.
Punch, clarity & serious sustain
This guitar doesn’t just sound good, it performs too. Expect a punchy attack, crisp note definition and loads of sustain — sonic qualities that make it equally at home for chunky rhythm work or soaring leads. It’s a proper all-rounder that encourages you to explore different styles without missing a beat!
Built for long sessions & big gigs
The 25” scale length and ‘Wide Fat’ neck profile strike a great balance between comfort and substance. It feels reassuring in the hand without being tiring, meaning you can happily play for hours. Whether you’re gigging, recording or just getting lost in a jam session, the PRS SE Hollowbody I Piezo is built to keep up.
Features
- Hollowbody design: Delivers that warm, airy resonance you’d expect from a full hollow instrument, while a centre block helps maintain sustain and keeps unwanted feedback in check.
- ‘Wide Thin’ neck profile: One of PRS’s most popular modern carves. It’s slim enough for fast runs and technical playing, yet substantial enough for comfy chord work.
- PRS 85/15 “S” pickups: These powerful humbuckers are designed to PRS’s exacting specs, offering awesome clarity and extended highs and lows.
- PRS adjustable stoptail bridge with piezo system: Featuring six individual piezo-equipped saddles, this bridge seamlessly works with the LR Baggs/PRS proprietary electronics — allowing you to achieve electric and acoustic tones all from one instrument.
- Included PRS SE gig bag: A durable, stylish gig bag is thrown in to keep your guitar protected at home, in transit or on stage-ready adventures.
