Product Description

Firmware 1.2 now online!

Featuring chord mode enhancements, and a MIDI Panic feature to get rid of any pesky stuck MIDI notes.

Moog Muse is an 8 voice bi-timbral polyphonic monster, building from Moog's rich history within the synth world, this is a seriously powerful instrument with a knob per function approach meaning that sound design is a dream. The sequencer can be saved separately from the patch memory allowing you to build more evolving performances. The 4th series in the Moog's polyphonic family is a powerful musical force.

Unparalleled Sound Engine:

Muse boasts a unique sonic inheritance from Moog's beloved designs, featuring vintage discrete modular-lineage oscillators, a saturating mixer, dual classic transistor ladder filters, and discrete stereo amplifiers. This robust sound engine ensures a rich and versatile audio experience, capable of producing everything from warm, vintage tones to cutting-edge sounds.

Innovative Control and Modulation:

Muse is designed with performative controls and an intuitive layout, featuring knob-per-function and individual menus for every module. This makes it an ideal instrument for live performance and studio work alike. The powerful arpeggiator, sequencer, and chord memory functions offer exponential musical inspiration. The modulation capabilities are extensive, with assignable envelopes, triggered random generators, and 16 modulation slots per voice per patch. The inclusion of a dedicated pitch LFO and analogue ring modulator between oscillators 1 and 2 further expands its modulation palette. Additionally, the diffusion delay effect provides a hypnotic stereo processing inspired by vintage digital rack delays, enhancing the depth and texture of your sounds.

Comprehensive Connectivity and Performance Features:

Muse is equipped with an extensive array of connectivity options, making it a versatile addition to any setup. It includes main left and right audio outputs, a stereo headphone output, pedal inputs for sustain and expression, and multiple control voltage inputs and outputs. The analogue clock input and output, along with MIDI and USB connections, ensure seamless integration with other equipment. The 61 full-size weighted keys with velocity and aftertouch, along with the pitch wheel, modulation wheel, and macro knob, provide expressive control over your performances. The panel features 44 knobs, 16 sliders, and 129 buttons, all complemented by an OLED screen for easy navigation and programming. With 64-step sequencer capabilities, extensive modulation mapping, and per-timbre arpeggiator settings, Muse offers a comprehensive toolset for creative expression.
