Korg Handytraxx Tube DJ Deck

The Korg Handytraxx Tube is a portable DJ deck and turntable that lets you enjoy the warmth of vinyl anywhere, without sacrificing sound quality. Combining Korg’s Nutube vacuum tube technology with a high-quality JICO MM cartridge, built-in stereo speakers, tone controls and USB recording, it is a complete vinyl solution for listening, DJ practice and digitising your collection on the move.

In a world where most music lives on phones and streaming services, the Handytraxx Tube reconnects you with the tactile joy of records while embracing modern convenience. Its compact, battery-capable design makes it easy to take from room to room or out of the house, while the integrated phono amp and speakers mean you can simply drop a needle on your favourite record and listen straight away.

Every part of the Handytraxx Tube has been engineered with sound in mind. An aluminium die-cast platter and belt-drive system, assisted by CPU-controlled rotation compensation, keep your records spinning at stable speeds for accurate, musical playback. The supplied JICO J44A 7 MM cartridge delivers punchy bass and excellent tracking, while the adjustable tone arm and counterweight give you the freedom to fine-tune or upgrade your cartridge later.

For vinyl fans who love the character of valves, the onboard Nutube-powered phono preamp adds rich, musical harmonics and depth. Dedicated bass, treble and TUBE controls let you shape your sound to taste, from clean and detailed to warm and saturated. With line and phono outputs, headphones and USB audio, the Handytraxx Tube can sit at the heart of a compact listening setup, a DJ practice rig or a simple vinyl-to-digital workflow.

Nutube Valve Warmth in a Portable Deck

At the core of the Handytraxx Tube is Korg’s Nutube vacuum tube phono amplifier, adding the harmonic richness and depth associated with classic valve gear. The TUBE control lets you dial in just the right amount of tube character, from subtle warmth to more pronounced saturation, so you can tailor the sound of every record to your taste.

High-Quality JICO Cartridge and Upgradeable Tone Arm

The included JICO J44A 7 MM cartridge and N44-7 IMP SD stylus provide dynamic, powerful bass and excellent tracking straight out of the box. A universal tone arm with replaceable headshell and adjustable counterweight allows you to experiment with different MM or ceramic cartridges (up to 4 g recommended tracking force), giving you room to refine and personalise your sound over time.

Portable All-in-One Vinyl System

With built-in stereo speakers, headphone output and the option to run on six AA batteries or an AC adaptor, the Handytraxx Tube is ready to play almost anywhere. Its compact footprint makes it ideal for small spaces, travel and casual listening sessions, while the speaker on/off switch lets you choose between open playback and private listening whenever you like.

Digitise Your Records via USB

The Handytraxx Tube doubles as a convenient vinyl-to-digital solution. Connect it to a computer via USB and use recording software such as Audacity to capture your records as digital files. This lets you preserve rare or cherished pressings and enjoy the sound of your vinyl collection on portable players while keeping the original records safely on the shelf.
