Product Description
The K&M 12185 Laptop Tray is a rock-solid, height-adjustable stand designed to keep your laptop safe, secure and exactly where you need it. With a generously sized tray, adjustable clamping bolts and a robust tripod base, it is ideal for live performance, studio work, DJ sets, presentations and any situation where your laptop is mission-critical.
Built with typical K&M reliability, the 12185 combines practical details like tool-free assembly, quick folding legs and integrated cable management with a reassuringly stable platform. Whether you are triggering backing tracks on stage or running software instruments in the studio, this stand helps protect your laptop and keeps your setup clean and professional.
Stable, Secure Laptop Platform
The large tray comfortably accommodates all common laptop sizes, giving you plenty of room without feeling cramped. Adjustable clamping bolts with rubber caps hold your laptop firmly in place, helping to prevent slips or knocks during a performance. Once tightened with the wing nuts, your laptop is locked down on a stable platform so you can focus on the music, not on whether your gear is safe.
Adjustable Height for Perfect Positioning
The variable height adjustment lets you position your laptop exactly where it works best for you, whether you are standing on stage, sitting at a desk or working in a tight control room. Having your screen and keyboard at the right height reduces strain and makes it easier to keep an eye on your software, improving comfort and workflow over longer sessions.
Fast Setup, Tool-Free Transport
For transport, the tray can be removed quickly without any tools, and the sturdy tripod legs fold down into a compact, easy-to-carry package. This makes the 12185 ideal for gigging musicians, DJs and engineers who need a reliable stand that will not slow down load-ins or pack-downs. You get a professional, stable setup that is just as practical on the road as it is in a fixed installation.
Clean, Tidy Cable Management
An additional hole in the tray allows for convenient cable routing, helping you keep power and audio leads neatly organised. By guiding cables away from the working area, you reduce the risk of accidental disconnections and keep your performance space looking tidy and professional, whether on stage or in the studio.
Features
- Generously Sized Laptop Tray - The spacious tray provides ample room for all common laptop sizes, giving you a comfortable working area and a secure base for your main performance or recording machine.
- Adjustable Clamping Bolts with Rubber Caps - Clamping bolts with protective rubber caps grip your laptop securely without scratching it. Tightening the wing nuts presses the bolts gently against the laptop, helping to keep it firmly in place even in busy live environments.
- Height Adjustable Stand - Variable height adjustment lets you tailor the stand to your playing or working position, improving ergonomics and visibility whether you are standing, sitting or moving between different setups.
- Foldable Tripod Base with Removable Tray - The robust tripod legs collapse quickly into a compact format, and the tray can be removed without tools, making transport and storage simple while still offering excellent stability when set up.
