If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

High Performance Wolfgang Neck
The quartersawn baked maple neck is graphite-reinforced for stability and carved to the familiar Wolfgang backshape that feels substantial yet incredibly fast. Rolled edges and a hand-rubbed satin urethane finish on the back make position shifts smooth and effortless, while the 25.5 inch scale keeps the string tension tight and responsive for articulate riffing and precise bends.
Compound Radius Ebony Fingerboard
A 12 inch to 16 inch compound radius ebony fingerboard gives you the best of both worlds: a slightly rounder feel for comfortable chords lower down the neck, flattening out for choke-free bends and slick legato higher up. Twenty-two jumbo frets make big bends and vibrato easy to control, while pearloid dot inlays and side dots keep things clear under stage lights.
Direct Mount Wolfgang Humbuckers
Custom designed EVH Wolfgang Alnico 2 humbuckers are direct mounted to the body for maximum attack, sustain and clarity. This setup delivers a tight, punchy low end, focused mids and a singing high end that cuts through a mix, whether you are chugging heavy rhythms or soaring into harmonically rich lead lines.
EVH Floyd Rose and D-Tuna
The EVH branded Floyd Rose locking tremolo and R2 locking nut provide rock-solid tuning stability, even with extreme pitch dives and flutters. The brass tremolo block enhances sustain and warmth, while the EVH D-Tuna lets you flip between standard tuning and drop D in seconds, perfect for quickly changing tunings mid set without swapping guitars.
