ESP D Series Basses

Despite their contemporary features, ESP LTD D series basses have an old-school charm, thanks in part to their natural finishes. Beautifully displaying the grain of their tonewoods, the bodies of D Series basses are constructed from Merbau; a dense material that sounds similar to Mahogany. For extra strength and improved tuning stability, ESP D series basses have sturdy multi-piece necks, running through their bodies for enhanced sustain.

Regarding their electronics, these basses have flexible configurations to ensure that they project the best tones possible. Equipped with passive ESP-designed humbuckers, these pickups deliver punchy sounds with lots of clarity. Paired with active 3-band EQ sections, the character of these pickups can be manipulated heavily, making them versatile for many styles.
