Yamaha have sold more electro-acoustic guitars throughout the world than any other guitar manufacturing brand. With this in mind, we can all understand and recognise the well-deserved success of Yamaha's 500 Series. Striving for excellence, Yamaha decided to tweak the 500 Series, choosing to upgrade its pre amp, using a much-improved System 65, the APX 500 MKII Electro Acoustic was born. Fast forward to 2014 and we have the APX 500 MKIII to marvel at now!
Well established as a bold performer, boasting confident and aggressive stage-presence, the Yamaha APX 500 series continues to develop, looking to again better itself, giving you, the player, optimum playing response and a tonal spectrum to be proud of.The Yamaha APX 500 MKIII Electro Acoustic Guitar still features its ever-popular spruce top, rosewood fingerboard and much more, offering guitarists all over the world, an instrument they can instantly connect to. The usual Yamaha brilliance is also still found within the guitar's electronics, boasting its new System 65 preamp and piezo, the type of preamp that can be found within the new Yamaha A1 Series, CPX 500 and APX 500 Series guitars.
System 65 features an under-saddle piezo pickup, which offers a 3-band equalizer, a fully-adjustable mid-range frequency control, and a chromatic tuner providing precision accuracy for optimum sound tailoring. Powered by common AA-size batteries, the System 65 provides a stable power supply for improved sound quality, and you'll experience real punch and presence from the guitar's piezo microphone, which is mounted underneath the guitar's seat.
It's not all about what's going on on the inside though, let's check out the exterior! Yamaha have always produced classic and appealing guitars that look confident and well-crafted. How do I use instant finance?
