You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

Simply engage the Shimmer function to add sparkling upper harmonics to your reverb trails, creating rich, layered textures that are perfect for ambient playing, clean guitar parts and soaring lead lines.

Tap tempo lets you lock your delays perfectly to the music, while the Freeze function sustains your effects for immersive sound-on-sound textures. Flexible controls
- Decay: Adjusts the decay time of the reverb effect.
- Filter: Sets the brightness/warmth of the reverb sound.
- R-Mix: Controls the mix ratio between the reverb wet signal and the dry signal.
- Time/Div: When Tap Tempo is not activated (left footswitch not long pressed), this adjusts the delay time. After long pressing the left footswitch to enter Tap Tempo mode, this tweaks the delay note subdivision.
- FB: Adjusts the number of delay feedback repeats.
- D-Mix: Dials in the mix ratio between the delay wet signal and the dry signal.
- RVB mode: Selects the reverb effect type. From top to bottom: Hall/Plate/Spring.
- Shimmer switch: Lets you add the Shimmer effect to the reverb. Norm position is standard mode.
- DLY mode: Chooses the delay effect type. From top to bottom: Digital/Analogue/Tape.
