Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The Sire P7 Alder 4 New Gen in Tidepool is a modern take on the classic PJ bass, refined using real-world feedback from previous V7, V7 Vintage and P7 models. With an updated neck for easier playing, upgraded electronics and hardware, and a sleek Tidepool finish, it is built to cover everything from tight studio sessions to demanding live gigs with ease.
At its heart, the P7 New Gen combines a North American alder body with the Marcus Super-PJ Revolution pickup set and Marcus Heritage-3 preamp, giving you a huge range of tones from vintage thump to articulate modern punch. Stainless steel frets, lightweight tuners and Lumiinlay position markers round out a specification that is focused on feel, reliability and real musical performance.
New Gen Neck for Effortless Playability
The updated New Gen C-shape neck is designed to feel instantly comfortable, whether you are coming from a traditional Precision or a more modern jazz-style bass. On the Tidepool model you get a roasted hard maple neck and roasted hard maple fingerboard with Sire’s Edgeless rolled fretboard edges, so there are no sharp edges to distract from your playing. The 34 inch scale and 9.5 inch radius strike a familiar balance between fast runs and solid groove work.
Refined Electronics with Simplified Layout
Sire have streamlined the control layout to make on-the-fly adjustments smoother and more intuitive. The coil tap switch has been removed, leaving a cleaner control scheme built around the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp with a dedicated active/passive mini toggle. You still get deep tone-shaping options, including a sweepable mid control, but with fewer distractions and a more performance-friendly feel under the fingers.
