EMG Richie Faulkner Custom 57/66 Falcons RF Pickup Set in White

The EMG Richie Faulkner Custom 57/66 Falcons RF Pickup Set in White is a high-headroom, active humbucker pairing designed in collaboration with the Judas Priest guitar hero himself. Evolving from Richie’s long-standing love of the 81/85 and his early involvement with the 57/66 prototypes, this refined set delivers expressive, articulate tones with an organic, almost passive feel while retaining all the punch, clarity and consistency you expect from EMG.

Voiced to handle everything from searing high-gain rhythm work to soaring, melodic leads, the RF Falcons Set gives you a dynamic response that tracks every nuance of your picking hand. Whether you are chugging tight riffs, layering harmonies or cleaning up with the volume knob, these pickups stay open, clear and musical at any gain level. Finished in striking white, they bring a distinctive look to match their commanding sound.

Developed closely with EMG founder Rob Turner, the RF Falcons Set takes the proven 57/66 platform and tweaks it to suit Richie’s evolving style on stage and in the studio. The result is a set that feels familiar under the fingers yet offers extra headroom and responsiveness, inviting you to dig in harder, play more dynamically and let your phrasing really speak.

As with all EMG systems, installation is made straightforward thanks to the included solderless wiring kit. Everything you need to wire up a dual humbucker guitar is in the box, allowing you to upgrade your tone with minimal fuss and get straight back to playing.

Richie Faulkner’s Refined 57/66 Voice

Building on the acclaimed EMG 57/66 set, the RF Falcons incorporate Richie’s personal tweaks for a more expressive, performance-ready voice. You get the familiar power and clarity of the originals, fine-tuned for singing lead lines, tight rhythm work and the kind of articulate attack that cuts through a dense band mix.

High Headroom, Organic Feel

The RF Falcons Set is designed with extra headroom so your tone stays open and controlled even under extreme gain. This gives you the benefits of active pickups such as low noise and consistent output, but with a touch-sensitive, organic feel that responds like a great passive set when you roll back the volume or adjust your picking dynamics.

Stage-Ready Look in White

Available in white for 2026, the RF Falcons Set brings a bold, modern aesthetic that stands out on stage. The clean finish pairs perfectly with a wide range of guitar colours and styles, giving your instrument a visual upgrade to match the elevated performance of the pickups themselves.

Solderless EMG Installation

Included with the RF Falcons Set is EMG’s complete solderless wiring system, making installation as straightforward as possible. With dedicated pots, output jack, battery bus and plug-in cables, you can fit the set using simple connections, reducing downtime and letting you enjoy your new tones quickly and reliably.

• Richie Faulkner Custom Voicing - Developed with Richie and based on the EMG 57/66 platform, this set captures his powerful, articulate sound, giving you a tone that is ready for modern metal, classic heavy rock and everything in between.
