Reverend Reeves Gabrels Dirtbike Royale Electric Guitar in Feline Grey

The Reverend Reeves Gabrels Dirtbike Royale in Feline Grey is a lean, mean rock machine built to keep up with one of the most inventive guitarists around. Pairing a resonant Korina body with a matched set of Mojotone Quiet Coil P90 style pickups, it delivers classic snarling single coil tones with extra output and no hum. Add in Reverend staples like the Bass Contour control and Pin-Lock tuners, plus a rock solid Wilkinson GTB bridge, and you get a sleek, modern workhorse that feels like a future classic the moment you plug in.

Designed as the next evolution of Reeves Gabrels signature line, the Dirtbike Royale balances vintage flavour with contemporary reliability and playability. The medium oval neck carve, ebony fingerboard and 24 3/4 inch scale make for a fast, comfortable feel under the fingers, while the Korina construction keeps things lively and responsive. From tight, articulate rhythm sounds to saturated leads that still cut through the mix, this is a guitar built for players who want characterful tone without compromise.

Mojotone Quiet Coil Power

The Dirtbike Royale is loaded with a Mojotone Hot Quiet Coil in the bridge and a Regular Quiet Coil in the neck, giving you the punch and growl of a hot P90 with none of the 60 cycle hum. They hit the front end of your amp harder for more gain and bottom end, yet retain the clarity and definition of a great vintage single coil. Expect upper midrange bite that slices through dense mixes, articulate cleans that never get muddy, and a wide dynamic range that responds beautifully to your picking hand.

Korina Body and Neck

Reverend build the Dirtbike Royale from Korina, a medium-lightweight tonewood prized for its consistency and rich harmonic content. The solid Korina body and three piece Korina neck work together to produce a lively, resonant instrument that feels alive in your hands. Notes bloom quickly, chords ring with complexity, and the guitar sits naturally in a band mix, making it an inspiring platform for everything from classic rock to more experimental sounds.

Wilkinson GTB Bridge

An adjustable Wilkinson GTB stop tail bridge anchors the strings with rock solid stability and excellent sustain. Its simple, robust design makes intonation and action tweaks straightforward, while the solid contact with the body helps transfer string energy efficiently into the Korina. The result is a tight, focused low end, singing sustain and a consistent feel that stands up to heavy gigging and aggressive playing styles.

Bass Contour and Player Focused Hardware

Reverend's passive Bass Contour control lets you reshape the low end on the fly, tightening up the response for chimey, single coil like tones or opening it up for full fat P90 roar. Combined with the volume and tone controls, it gives you a huge range of usable sounds without touching your amp. Reverend Pin-Lock tuners make string changes quick and secure, improving tuning stability so you can play hard with confidence.
