Relab Development Sonsig ACE - ESD

Sonsig ACE from Relab Development is a powerful dimensional expander plug-in that transforms flat, narrow mixes into wide, immersive soundscapes. Combining a unique multi-voice, dual-engine design with proprietary modulation technology, it delivers everything from subtle stereo enhancement to rich, swirling textures, all while keeping your mix clear, punchy and mono compatible.

Designed as a true studio workhorse, Sonsig ACE functions like a 12-in-1 modulation toolkit for mix engineers and producers. Whether you are gently thickening vocals, adding movement to synths or pushing guitars into lush ensemble territory, ACE gives you precise control over width, depth and character without the comb filtering and artefacts that plague traditional chorus effects.

Dimensional Expansion Without Artefacts

Sonsig ACE is built to give you a bigger, more three-dimensional mix without sacrificing clarity. Its advanced delay line design and ENRICH control let you expand the stereo image and add depth while preserving the core tone of your source. You get the sense of space and movement you want, without the phasey, comb-filtered side effects that can hollow out your sound.

Multi-Engine Modulation Powerhouse

At the heart of ACE is a sophisticated multi-voice, dual-engine architecture that goes far beyond standard chorus units. Instead of locking you into a single, predictable modulation pattern, it offers a huge range of dimensional effects from transparent stereo thickening to complex, evolving textures. This flexibility makes it equally at home on subtle mix duties and bold, creative sound design.

Hand-Tuned LFOs For Controlled Movement

Six custom waveshaped LFOs have been meticulously hand-tuned to deliver lush modulation that enhances width and depth without muddying the mix. These LFOs stay stable and musical even at extreme settings, helping you avoid the phase problems and syncing headaches often associated with traditional chorus and ensemble plug-ins. The result is movement that feels alive yet controlled.

Colourful Character Shaping

ACE’s COLOR section lets you shape the tonal character of the modulation itself, rather than simply filtering the overall signal. With modes such as NATURAL, THICK and FAT, you can tailor the feel of the effect across the frequency spectrum, from soft warmth to more aggressive bite. This gives you the ability to sculpt chorus textures that sit perfectly in the mix and can rival the depth and richness of high-end hardware units.

• Advanced Dimensional Expander - Purpose-built to add width, depth and three-dimensionality, Sonsig ACE enhances the stereo image while keeping your mix focused and clear. It is ideal for opening up crowded arrangements and giving key elements more space to breathe.
• Multi-Voice, Dual-Engine Design - The innovative architecture delivers 12-in-1 style versatility, from subtle stereo thickening to complex ensemble-style textures. This flexibility lets you cover a huge range of modulation duties with a single plug-in.
• Hand-Tuned Custom LFOs - Six carefully crafted waveshaped LFOs provide smooth, musical modulation that avoids phase issues and unwanted artefacts. You can push the effect hard while maintaining mix clarity and mono compatibility.
• ENRICH and COLOR Controls - Shape both the depth and character of your modulation using ENRICH to expand the stereo field and COLOR modes such as NATURAL, THICK and FAT to fine-tune tonal flavour. This combination lets you dial in anything from gentle enhancement to bold, characterful chorus effects.
