Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

Limited to just 360 instruments worldwide, this special edition model showcases the stunning “Birds of a Feather” inlay design — a feature previously reserved only for Private Stock models.
Created by PRS Director of Manufacturing and Private Stock mastermind Paul Miles, the design brings a fresh perspective to the brand’s legendary bird inlays and makes this guitar a real collector’s piece.
A Private Stock-inspired masterpiece
The “Birds of a Feather” inlay was conceived by Paul Miles over a decade ago and truly celebrates the artistry and innovation that the company is so renowned for. Here are a few words from the man himself:
“I wanted to design an inlay that was simple and easy to read from across the room or on a stage but was also uniquely PRS. I have always been fascinated with inlay work and PRS has afforded me the opportunity to see the evolution from hand cut shell to intricate CNC work. For me, this was a new way of looking at inlay design, using the woods to create movement and space.”
