NoiseWorks TranSplit is a transient shaper plug-in that lets you rebalance the punch and body of your drums, kick and bass with a single slider. By intelligently splitting every hit into its initial attack and the sustaining tail, it gives you fast, musical control over impact and weight without getting lost in complex parameter sets.

At the heart of TranSplit is a clever transient detection engine that samples the dynamics of your signal in high resolution and separates each hit into Punch and Body. Punch captures the front edge of the sound, while Body represents what rings on afterwards. You simply move the main slider to decide which part should dominate, making it easy to tame spiky peaks, add weight to thin sounds or bring life back to flat performances.

Because the transient detection is highly detailed, TranSplit responds naturally even on very dynamic material. The Sensitivity control lets you decide how finely it reacts, from broad, musical moves to precise sculpting of every hit. A Trigger control shifts the detection focus across the frequency spectrum, so you can steer the plug-in towards the kick region or towards cymbals and crashes, depending on what you want to emphasise.

Visual feedback keeps everything intuitive. Punch and Body are shown live on the waveform as you play audio through the plug-in, and the ratio between them is displayed while you move the slider. This makes it easy to hear and see exactly what you are changing, helping you dial in the sweet spot quickly whether you are working on a drum bus, a single kick or a bass line.
