If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

The LD Systems MAUI 66 G3 is a flagship column PA system designed for DJs, bands and professional event applications where powerful, full-range sound and extended reach are essential. Its fully active 4-way architecture combines an 18" neodymium subwoofer with 16 x 3.5" neodymium midrange drivers and four 1" compression drivers, delivering up to 135 dB maximum SPL with 3,800 W peak power. The low-tuned bass reflex enclosure extends the low end down to 28 Hz, while airflow-optimised ports help maintain clean, controlled bass at high output levels. The two-piece column incorporates BEM-optimised waveguides, phase plugs and horn-loaded midrange drivers for coherent, detailed sound with 120° x 25° dispersion. Its passive cardioid column design reduces rearward radiation by up to 18 dB, helping minimise unwanted sound on stage. DynX DSP Gen. 2 provides sophisticated peak, RMS and thermal limiting for reliable, low-distortion performance. Bluetooth 5.4, combo inputs, thru outputs and a dedicated sub output provide flexible connectivity, while automatic column detection and cable-free assembly make setup quick and straightforward.

Powerful Low Frequency Performance:
The MAUI 66 G3 delivers substantial low-frequency performance from its high-power 18" neodymium woofer and low-tuned bass reflex enclosure. With response extending down to 28 Hz, the system provides deep, punchy bass suited to music playback, DJs, bands and demanding event applications. Airflow-optimised bass reflex ports reduce turbulence and unwanted port noise, helping maintain a clean and defined low end even when the system is pushed hard. The MAUI 66 G3 can also be expanded with a second subwoofer. Positioning the additional subwoofer facing forwards can provide up to 6 dB more low-frequency sound pressure, while a rear-facing subwoofer combined with the Cardioid preset can extend cardioid behaviour into the bass range.
Controlled Dispersion and Extended Reach:
The two-piece column combines 16 x 3.5" neodymium midrange drivers with four 1" compression drivers to produce clear, coherent midrange and high-frequency reproduction. Newly developed phase plugs and BEM optimised waveguides provide controlled, homogeneous dispersion across a 120° x 25° pattern. Two midrange drivers positioned above the high-frequency section help extend the system's reach and maintain vocal clarity in open air applications. The lower column section uses horn-loaded midrange drivers to increase efficiency, headroom and wavefront coherence. Combined with the passive cardioid column design, this carefully engineered driver arrangement helps direct sound towards the audience while reducing unwanted rearward radiation.

Designed for professional use, the MAUI 66 G3 combines robust construction with a straightforward setup process. Its subwoofer features a polyurea-coated birch plywood enclosure and four ergonomic carrying handles, while the column sections use rugged, powder-coated aluminium with recessed handles for easier transport. Automatic column detection and cable-free connection make assembling the system quick and uncomplicated. Connectivity includes two XLR/TRS combo inputs, two Thru outputs and a dedicated sub output, alongside Bluetooth 5.4 with SBC and AAC support for convenient wireless playback. A 1,900 W RMS Class D amplifier and DynX DSP Gen. 2 provide the power and processing required for consistent performance in demanding professional environments.
