Product Description
The Ibanez FS40DA Formed Case gives your acoustic guitar reliable everyday protection in a stylish tweed package. Lightweight yet tough, it combines a shock-absorbing foamed shell with a rugged interior and practical carrying options, making it an ideal solution for rehearsals, gigs and travel.
Covered in a classic tweed finish, the FS40DA looks the part on and off stage while keeping your instrument safely cushioned inside. With secure closure and two storable shoulder straps, it is designed to be easy to live with, whether you are walking to a local jam night or loading into the car for a session.
Classic Tweed Look
The FS40DA is wrapped in a timeless tweed exterior that gives your acoustic guitar case a smart, vintage inspired appearance. It looks great alongside traditional acoustics and modern instruments alike, so you can protect your guitar without sacrificing style.
Foamed, Shock Absorbing Construction
Inside the case, a formed foamed structure and rugged black interior help absorb knocks and bumps from the outside world. This shock absorbing design provides a reassuring layer of protection around your acoustic, helping to keep it safe when you are on the move.
Lightweight and Easy to Carry
FS40 cases are designed to be lightweight, making them comfortable to carry over longer distances or up and down stairs. You get the security of a formed case without the typical bulk and weight, ideal for players who are regularly travelling with their instrument.
Practical Shoulder Straps
The FS40DA includes two storable shoulder straps so you can carry your acoustic guitar on your back when you need both hands free. When you prefer to carry it by hand, the straps can be neatly stored away, keeping the case tidy and snag free.
Features
- Classic Tweed Exterior - The FS40DA is finished in a traditional tweed covering that gives your acoustic guitar case a distinctive, vintage styled look. It is a smart upgrade from plain black cases and helps your gear stand out while still looking professional.
- Foamed, Shock Absorbing Shell - A formed foamed construction with a rugged black interior helps to absorb shocks from the outside. This cushioning design offers added peace of mind when your guitar is being transported, handled or stored in busy environments.
- Lightweight Design - Despite its protective build, the FS40DA remains lightweight, so it is easier on your shoulders and arms during regular use. This makes it well suited to players who commute, rehearse frequently or move between multiple locations.
- Two Storable Shoulder Straps - Supplied with two shoulder straps that can be stored when not in use, the FS40DA offers flexible carrying options. Wear it on your back for hands free convenience, then tuck the straps away to keep everything neat when you arrive.
