Product Description
The Ibanez BIGMINI is a compact, no-nonsense chromatic tuner pedal designed to keep your instrument perfectly in tune without eating up valuable pedalboard space. With a wide tuning range that comfortably covers everything from standard guitar to low B on a 5 string bass, plus bright stage-ready LEDs and true bypass switching, it is a reliable tuning solution for gigging players and home users alike.
Despite its tiny footprint, the BIGMINI packs in flexible features including needle and strobe tuning modes, adjustable calibration, and a flat tuning option for drop tunings. Whether you are fine-tuning intonation, switching between tunings mid-set, or just checking you are bang on pitch before a take, this pedal delivers fast, accurate results in a simple, road-ready format.
Compact and Pedalboard Friendly
The BIGMINI belongs to the Ibanez MINI series, meaning it is designed to take up as little space as possible on your board. Its small enclosure makes it easy to squeeze into crowded setups, add as a dedicated tuner on a fly rig, or keep permanently wired into a home practice board without sacrificing room for your favourite drives and modulations.
Clear, Flexible Tuning Display
A bright LED display ensures your tuning is easy to read on dark stages and in rehearsal rooms with poor lighting. With both needle and strobe modes available, you can choose the visual style that suits your workflow, from quick checks between songs to ultra-precise fine tuning when setting up your instrument.
Wide Tuning Range and Drop Tuning Support
Covering A0 (27.5 Hz) to C8 (4186 Hz), the BIGMINI comfortably handles everything from standard guitar and bass to extended range instruments, including accurate detection of low B on a 5 string bass. A flat mode allows drop tuning down to 4 semitones, giving you the flexibility to switch to lower tunings without needing a separate tuner or extra setup.
True Bypass and Adjustable Calibration
True bypass switching keeps your core tone intact when the tuner is disengaged, providing a direct signal path with minimal interference. Adjustable calibration from 435 Hz to 445 Hz lets you match non-standard tuning references, making it ideal for playing along with recordings, other instruments, or ensembles that tune away from the usual 440 Hz.
Features
- Ultra-Compact MINI Series Enclosure - Part of the Ibanez MINI series, the BIGMINI takes up minimal pedalboard real estate, making it easy to integrate into any rig while still offering full-size functionality.
- Needle and Strobe Tuning Modes - Switch between traditional needle mode for quick, intuitive tuning and strobe mode for ultra-precise adjustments, so you can tailor the display to your playing situation.
- Wide Tuning Range with Drop Tuning Support - With a range from A0 to C8 and a flat mode up to 4 semitones, the BIGMINI handles everything from standard tuning to low B on 5 string bass and common drop tunings with ease.
- True Bypass and Adjustable Calibration - True bypass switching preserves your tone when the pedal is off, while calibration from 435 Hz to 445 Hz lets you match alternative tuning standards for rehearsals, recordings, or live performances.
