Product Description
Friedman's cabinets are built to the same high standards as their premium, hand-wired amplifiers. The Celestion V30-loaded vertical 2x12" cabinet is the perfect partner for small amp heads, with a closed-back Baltic Birch construction that ensures balanced and punchy projection across the frequency spectrum.
Ergonomic Vertical Design
The conventional side-by side speaker configuration that most 2x12" cabinets adhere to may be preferred by some players, as it forms a low-profile enclosure. However, a vertical cabinet is much more practical from a sonic perspective, with the slanted design creating a "monitor" effect that projects sound slightly upward as well as forward - meaning that you can hear yourself better onstage.
Celestion Vintage 30 Speakers
Perhaps the most crucial element of this efficient 2x12" cabinet is its Celestion Vintage 30 speakers. Considered the industry standard, the venerable Vintage 30 speaker is ideal for modern rock and metal tones and is capable of handling powerful amplifiers. Warm lows, rich mids and detailed highs can be expected from this highly-versatile speaker.
Premium Construction
As with all Friedman cabinets, oversized 12-gauge speaker wire is soldered between the speaker and terminal - ensuring that you capture every ounce of valuable tone from your amplifier. The Friedman Vertical 2x12" cabinet is handcrafted with pride in the USA, designed to withstand the rigours of the road.
