Cordoba Luthier C10 Classical Acoustic Guitar in Cedar

The Cordoba Luthier C10 is a fully solid, Spanish-style classical guitar crafted in a boutique workshop for players who demand a genuine concert-level instrument without the eye-watering price tag. Featuring a solid Western Red Cedar top paired with solid Indian Rosewood back and sides, it delivers a warm, responsive voice that rewards a refined touch and brings out every nuance of your playing.

Built using traditional methods such as a Spanish heel neck joint and a 7 fan bracing pattern, the C10 offers the feel and sound of a high-end classical guitar in a beautifully finished, reliable package. Whether you are a serious student, an advancing classical guitarist, or a steel-string player stepping into the nylon world, the C10 offers an inspiring, expressive platform that will comfortably see you through recitals, exams and recording sessions.

Concert Ready Cedar Tone

The C10’s solid Western Red Cedar top is chosen for its quick response and rich, dark warmth, making it ideal for classical, Latin and fingerstyle repertoire. Cedar excels at lower volumes and subtle dynamics, so even the lightest touch speaks clearly, while more forceful playing produces a full, singing tone that carries beautifully in smaller halls and studio environments.

All Solid Rosewood Back and Sides

With solid Indian Rosewood used for the back, sides, binding and centre strip, the C10 offers impressive projection, depth and sustain. Rosewood’s natural clarity and strong low end help articulate complex chords and fast passages, giving you a wide tonal palette and a refined, balanced voice that suits both solo and ensemble work.

Traditional Spanish Construction

The C10 is built with a Spanish heel neck joint and a 7 fan bracing pattern, echoing classic luthier techniques that prioritise resonance and stability. This construction allows the body and neck to work as one unified piece, enhancing sustain and giving the guitar a lively, responsive feel under the fingers that encourages expressive phrasing and dynamic control.

Comfortable Neck and Premium Playing Surface

A mahogany neck with a comfortable C shape and a 52 mm nut width provides the familiar classical feel needed for accurate left-hand technique and complex chord shapes. The smooth ebony fingerboard offers a fast, stable playing surface, while the carefully shaped frets and traditional 12th fret neck join make extended practice sessions and long performances feel natural and effortless.

• All Solid Wood Construction - A solid Western Red Cedar top paired with solid Indian Rosewood back and sides gives the C10 a rich, complex tone that will continue to open up over time, offering long-term tonal rewards as the guitar matures with you.
• Traditional Spanish Heel and 7 Fan Bracing - Classic construction methods maximise resonance and sustain, giving you a responsive instrument that reacts instantly to your touch and supports expressive, dynamic playing across all registers.
• Comfortable Classical Neck Profile - The mahogany C shape neck with a 52 mm nut width strikes a balance between traditional classical dimensions and modern playability, helping you execute stretches, barre chords and intricate passages with confidence.
• Ebony Fingerboard and Rosewood Bridge - Premium tonewoods in the playing surface and bridge enhance clarity, stability and intonation, so your technique, not the instrument, defines your sound in practice, performance and recording.
