Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that stock availability can change quickly both online and in-store, so we would always recommend placing your Click and Collect order as soon as possible to reserve your item.

The Undertone Audio UTEQ-500 is a 500 Series, 3-band Super Parametric EQ designed to give you surgical precision, musical curves and rock-solid stereo matching in a compact module. With continuously variable frequency, Q and shape controls, plus a unique Vari-Phase mode and notch capability, it is equally at home on individual sources, buses or a full mix.
Each of the three overlapping bands offers a huge range of frequencies and bandwidths, with the mid band featuring additional range switching for even finer targeting. The Shape control lets you morph smoothly between peak and shelf responses, so you can recreate the feel of classic analogue EQs or carve out entirely new curves. Add in an input pad for extra headroom, high-quality components and perfectly matched stereo operation when using a pair, and you have a workhorse EQ that can live on your most critical inserts.
Super Parametric Tone Shaping
The UTEQ-500’s three Super Parametric bands give you full control over frequency, gain and Q, allowing anything from broad, musical tone shaping to razor-sharp corrective moves. With overlapping ranges across the spectrum, you can focus multiple bands on problem areas or spread them out for subtle, mix-wide enhancement.
Shape Control for Peak and Shelf Blends
A dedicated Shape control on each band lets you blend continuously between peak and shelf responses. This makes it easy to mimic the behaviour of different classic EQ designs, or to fine-tune how boosts and cuts interact with the rest of your mix. You can gently tilt the spectrum, add weight and air, or create focused peaks that still feel natural.
Vari-Phase and Notch Flexibility
The UTEQ-500 includes a unique Vari-Phase mode that allows you to vary phase across the frequency spectrum, opening up creative options for tightening multi-mic setups or enhancing stereo depth. A dedicated notch filter mode enables extreme, narrow cuts for taming resonances, feedback or room rings without affecting the surrounding frequencies.
Stereo Ready and Built to Last
Two UTEQ-500 modules are factory matched so that stereo curves remain phase-accurate and tonally identical from first click to last. This makes them ideal for drum rooms, mix bus duties or mastering inserts where image stability is critical. Hand-tuned in California with long-life switches, audiophile capacitors and discrete circuitry, the UTEQ-500 is built to deliver consistent results session after session.
