Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that stock availability can change quickly both online and in-store, so we would always recommend placing your Click and Collect order as soon as possible to reserve your item.

This pedal will not work with a 9V battery, and requires a 9V DC power supply (not included).
The Tone City Sweet Cream Overdrive does exactly what it says on the tin — serving up smooth, amp-like overdrive with a really natural feel under the fingers. It’s perfect for adding a touch of low-gain grit to a clean tone and stacks brilliantly with other drive pedals when you want to head into bigger, richer distortion territory.
If you love your drives crunchy with that sweet edge-of-break-up character, this little pedal is well worth a look.
Sweet Cream V2: even more versatile!
The 2025 version of the Sweet Cream is more flexible than the OG pedal, thanks to the addition of a Tone control and a clipping mode toggle switch. The Tone knob lets you fine-tune the brightness, while the toggle gives you two distinct flavours of drive. Flip it to the right for the original Sweet Cream voicing, or flick it left for slightly more gain with increased compression and sustain.
With essential Volume and Gain controls onboard, plus the unique Touch control, you’ve got loads of control over how this pedal feels and responds. The Touch knob blends the clean and distorted signal, subtly shaping the EQ, compression and overall dynamics. It’s ideal for dialling in anything from barely-there breakup to fuller, more rounded drive tones.
