Product Description
The TC Electronic Super Octave Fuzz Pedal delivers classic, snarling fuzz tones inspired by some of the most legendary stompboxes ever made, with a powerful twist. Alongside familiar Gain and Output controls, you get dedicated Treble and Bass knobs so you can sculpt everything from thick, vintage woolliness to tight, modern aggression. A switchable octave effect adds screaming upper harmonics on demand, making this a compact, versatile tool for players who want characterful fuzz that can be precisely dialled in to suit any rig or style.
Whether you are chasing searing leads that slice through a dense mix, doom-laden riffs that shake the room, or experimental textures that bloom with harmonics, the Super Octave Fuzz puts a huge range of tones at your feet. The intuitive layout keeps things simple on stage, while the octave switch lets you flip from straight fuzz to wild, octave-infused chaos in an instant. It is ideal for guitarists who love the sound of vintage fuzz but want more control, consistency and flexibility than old units can usually offer.
Because the EQ is built directly into the pedal, you can easily adapt your sound to different guitars and amps without touching your main settings. Roll back the Bass for a tighter low end that stays defined with high gain, or push it up for thick, saturated walls of sound. Add Treble to bring out pick attack and clarity, or tame it for smoother, darker tones that sit perfectly behind vocals. The Super Octave Fuzz is designed to be the one fuzz that can cover almost any gig or session.
On top of that, the switchable octave effect opens up a whole new world of expression. Engage it for Hendrix inspired leads, synth like upper harmonics and attention grabbing solos, then disengage it when you need a more traditional fuzz voice. From classic rock and blues through to stoner, grunge and experimental soundscapes, this pedal gives you the flexibility to define your own signature fuzz sound.
Legendary Fuzz Tones with Modern Control
Based on some of the most sought after fuzz circuits ever built, the Super Octave Fuzz captures that iconic, saturated character while adding the reliability and consistency of a modern pedal. You get the feel and response players love from vintage units, but with a much wider usable range and easier integration into contemporary pedalboards.
Powerful Two Band EQ
Dedicated Treble and Bass controls let you fine tune your fuzz sound to your guitar, amp and playing style. Tighten the low end for articulate riffs, boost the highs for cutting solos, or dial in a darker, thicker voice for huge rhythm parts. This built in EQ means you can shape your tone directly at the pedal without compromising the rest of your signal chain.
Switchable Octave Effect
A footswitchable octave effect adds a layer of upper harmonics that can transform your fuzz from classic to completely over the top. Use it for screaming lead lines, octave up riffs and experimental textures, then switch it off when you need a more traditional fuzz tone. This makes the pedal highly versatile on stage and in the studio.
Player Friendly Layout
With straightforward Gain and Output controls alongside the Treble, Bass and octave switch, the Super Octave Fuzz is quick to understand and easy to tweak on the fly. You can move from subtle grit to full on saturation in seconds, making it a practical choice for live use where fast, reliable adjustments are essential.
