If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

This 2017 Gibson Custom Shop 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue VOS (R8) is a faithful recreation of one of the most revered electric guitars ever produced. Finished in the classic Dirty Lemon VOS nitrocellulose lacquer, it captures the look, feel and tonal character of an original late ’50s Les Paul with remarkable attention to detail. Built with a lightweight one-piece mahogany body and a two-piece figured maple top, this Custom Shop instrument delivers the resonance, sustain and responsiveness that players expect from a Historic Reissue.
Featuring a comfortable 50s Rounded Medium C neck profile and a pair of unpotted Custombucker Alnico III humbuckers, this R8 offers authentic PAF-inspired tones with exceptional warmth, clarity and dynamic sensitivity. The guitar remains in great overall condition for its age, showing only mild signs of use, with a small nick to the top of the headstock being the most notable cosmetic mark. As with all pre-owned instruments sold through Andertons Guitar Gallery, this guitar has been checked and tested by our specialists. It includes its original Certificate of Authenticity, historic accessories and the original brown and pink Lifton reissue hard case.
