Product Description
The sE Electronics V8 MC1 GG is a premium dynamic wireless microphone capsule designed to bring studio-grade vocal clarity to compatible Shure wireless handheld transmitters. Featuring the newly developed DMCV8 capsule and a highly focused supercardioid polar pattern, it delivers an open, natural vocal sound with impressive gain-before-feedback, all wrapped up in a refined Graphite Grey finish that looks as good as it sounds.
Building on the acclaimed V7, the V8 MC1 GG refines and extends that formula for modern stages. Clear highs, controlled mids and an extended low end give your voice a finished, mix-ready character before you even touch an EQ. Excellent off-axis rejection keeps your vocal front and centre, even on loud stages, while the rugged all-metal construction and patented integrated shock mount ensure reliable performance night after night.
Premium DMCV8 Capsule
At the heart of the V8 MC1 GG is sE’s newly developed DMCV8 capsule, engineered to capture vocals with exceptional clarity and natural detail. The response is carefully balanced, with articulate highs, focused mids and a tight, extended low end that flatters both subtle nuances and powerful belting. The result is a vocal sound that feels open, natural and already finished before any EQ is applied, helping you sit perfectly in the mix with minimal processing.
Highly Focused Supercardioid Pattern
The V8 MC1 GG uses a supercardioid polar pattern to provide excellent off-axis rejection, helping to isolate your voice from drums, amps and crowd noise. This focused pickup pattern delivers a clear, confident vocal presence with impressive gain-before-feedback, making it a dependable choice for demanding live environments where control and consistency are essential.
Refined Graphite Grey Finish
This GG version of the V8 MC1 features a modern Graphite Grey finish that adds a distinctive, premium look to your wireless setup. The refined surface treatment is designed to help resist fingerprints and maintain a clean, professional appearance under stage lights, so your microphone looks as sharp as your performance.
Tour-Ready Construction and Shock Mount
A rugged all-metal housing and durable spring-steel mesh grille give the V8 MC1 GG the strength to handle life on the road, with excellent resistance to dents and corrosion. Inside, a newly patented integrated shock mount effectively reduces handling noise and unwanted vibrations while helping to protect the capsule from mechanical impact. A gold-plated connector ensures a reliable, loss-free signal path, show after show.
