Product Description
The sE Electronics V8 MC1 is a premium dynamic wireless microphone capsule designed for compatible Shure wireless handheld transmitters. Centred around the newly developed DMCV8 capsule, it delivers an open, natural vocal sound with clear highs, controlled mids and extended low end that already feels finished before you even touch an EQ. With a highly focused supercardioid pattern, rugged all-metal build and a patented integrated shock mount, the V8 MC1 gives you studio-grade vocal clarity with the freedom and flexibility of a wireless stage setup.
Available in refined Graphite Grey or sleek Matte Black, the V8 MC1 combines a polished, professional look with serious touring durability and excellent gain-before-feedback, making it a dependable choice for lead vocals, presenters and performers in demanding live environments.
Premium DMCV8 Capsule
At the heart of the V8 MC1 is sE’s newly developed DMCV8 dynamic capsule, building on the success of the acclaimed V7. It is voiced to capture vocals with exceptional clarity and natural detail, delivering clear, airy highs, controlled and present mids, and a tight, extended low end. The result is a vocal tone that feels open, balanced and mix-ready straight out of the box, helping you achieve a polished sound with minimal processing.
Focused Supercardioid Control
The V8 MC1’s highly focused supercardioid polar pattern provides excellent off-axis rejection, helping to isolate your voice from drums, amps and crowd noise on loud stages. By minimising unwanted bleed across the frequency spectrum, it delivers a clear, confident vocal presence with impressive gain-before-feedback, so you can run louder monitor levels and keep your vocal front and centre in the mix.
Tour-Ready Construction
Built for the realities of life on the road, the V8 MC1 features a rugged all-metal housing and a durable spring-steel mesh grille that offer strong resistance to dents and corrosion. Precise construction ensures consistent performance night after night, while the bevelled edge design helps prevent the microphone from rolling when it is placed on a flat surface. It is a capsule that is made to work as hard as you do.
Patented Shock Mount and Gold-Plated Connection
A newly patented integrated shock mount effectively reduces handling noise and unwanted vibrations, while also helping to protect the capsule from mechanical impact. Paired with a gold-plated connector for a reliable, corrosion-resistant and loss-free signal path, the V8 MC1 maintains a clean, stable output so your vocal always reaches the desk with maximum integrity.
