sE Electronics V8 Dynamic Handheld Microphone Graphite Gray

The sE V8 Graphite Grey is a premium dynamic vocal handheld microphone designed for demanding live performances. Building on the highly acclaimed V7, it features a newly developed DMCV8 capsule that delivers exceptional clarity, natural detail and a balanced vocal sound with clear highs, controlled mids and extended low end. Its highly focused supercardioid polar pattern provides excellent off-axis rejection, helping isolate vocals in loud stage environments while reducing unwanted bleed and the risk of feedback. The result is a focused, open and natural vocal sound that already feels finished before EQ is applied. The V8 combines its refined Graphite grey finish with rugged all-metal construction, a durable spring steel mesh grille and a patented integrated shock mount for dependable touring performance. A gold-plated XLR connector provides a reliable connection, while the bevelled edge helps prevent the microphone from rolling when placed on a flat surface. Supplied with a soft case, leatherette pouch, microphone clip, internal windscreen and polishing cloth, the V8 Graphite Grey is built for professional vocal performance night after night.

Premium Vocal Sound:

The V8 features a newly developed premium DMCV8 capsule designed to build on the acclaimed performance of the V7. It captures vocals with exceptional clarity and natural detail, producing an open and natural sound that feels finished even before EQ is applied. The balanced response combines clear high frequencies, controlled mids and extended low end, helping vocals maintain definition and presence across a live mix. This makes the V8 suitable for lead vocalists and demanding on-stage applications where a clear and consistent vocal sound is essential. Its dynamic design also provides the durability expected from a professional handheld microphone, making it a dependable choice for performers who need consistent results from venue to venue.

Focused Live Performance:

The V8 uses a highly focused supercardioid polar pattern to provide excellent off-axis rejection across the sonic spectrum. This helps isolate the vocalist from other instruments, monitors and surrounding stage noise, while minimising unwanted bleed into the microphone. The focused pickup pattern also contributes to excellent gain before feedback, helping performers achieve a strong vocal level in demanding live environments. Combined with the clarity of the DMCV8 capsule, the result is a focused vocal presence that remains clear and detailed on stage. Whether used for lead vocals or other demanding live applications, the V8 is designed to provide dependable performance without compromising vocal character.

Built for the Stage:

The V8 is designed to withstand the demands of regular live use, featuring a rugged all-metal housing and durable spring steel mesh grille. Its construction offers excellent resistance to dents and corrosion, while precise craftsmanship helps maintain reliable performance and consistent sound quality night after night. A newly patented integrated shock mount reduces handling noise and unwanted vibrations while helping protect the capsule from mechanical impact. The Graphite grey finish provides a modern, refined appearance and helps resist fingerprints, keeping the microphone looking clean on stage. A bevelled edge also helps prevent the microphone from rolling when placed on a flat surface, while the gold-plated XLR connector provides a reliable, corrosion-resistant connection.
