The rotatable 100° x 70° True Resistive Waveguide horn ensures accurate directivity and flexible deployment in both horizontal and vertical orientations. Precision Coverage with Rotatable TRW Horn

A 100° x 70° True Resistive Waveguide horn provides consistent coverage and excellent directivity control, helping you keep sound focused on the audience and off reflective surfaces. The horn can be rotated by 90 degrees, allowing you to optimise dispersion for horizontal or vertical mounting. This makes the KX 45-A equally at home as a standalone FOH cabinet, a flown element in an array or a powerful side-fill or monitor.

Advanced DSP and RDNet Integration

The onboard two-channel 3200 W Class D amplifier is tightly integrated with RCFs DSP platform, which includes FiRPHASE for linear phase response and BMC (Bass Motion Control) for optimised low-frequency performance. Eight selectable presets, gain and processing controls allow quick setup, while RDNet network connectivity via Ethercon gives you remote monitoring, control and system tuning from compatible software, ideal for complex or distributed systems.

Rugged, Flexible Enclosure

The weatherproof Baltic birch plywood cabinet is built for professional use, with a steel grille and protective cloth, Quick Lock hardware, a 35 mm pole mount and multiple M10 mounting points on the top and bottom. This allows for ground-stacked, pole-mounted or flown configurations, so you can adapt the KX 45-A to a wide variety of venues and applications.
