PRS Wood Library Custom 24-08 10-Top Electric Guitar in Violet

The PRS Wood Library Custom 24-08 10 Top in Violet takes the iconic Custom 24 platform and elevates it with exclusive Wood Library specifications and stunning aesthetics. A highly figured 10 Top flame maple cap, matched with a resonant mahogany body and neck, delivers the classic PRS blend of clarity, warmth and punch, while the versatile 24-08 switching unlocks a huge palette of humbucking and single coil voices in one premium instrument.

Designed for players who demand both feel and flexibility, this Custom 24-08 features a fast Pattern Thin mahogany neck with a smooth gloss nitro over CAB finish, topped with a rosewood fingerboard and signature PRS Birds inlays. Under the bonnet, a pair of PRS DMO humbuckers and dual mini toggle coil split switches provide eight distinct pickup combinations, making it equally at home on stage, in the studio or as the centrepiece of a serious collection.

The Violet finish highlights the depth and movement of the 10 Top figured flame maple, giving this guitar a striking visual presence to match its sonic authority. From glassy cleans and articulate funk to saturated rock and singing lead tones, the Custom 24-08 responds effortlessly to your touch, with exceptional sustain and note definition across the entire fingerboard.

As a Wood Library instrument, this Custom 24-08 benefits from carefully selected tonewoods and a refined specification that sets it apart from standard production models. The result is a guitar that feels alive in your hands, inspires you to play more, and delivers the reliability and performance that PRS are renowned for.

Mahogany Body and Pattern Thin Neck

A solid mahogany body paired with a matching mahogany neck provides a rich, harmonically complex foundation with plenty of warmth and sustain. The Pattern Thin profile offers a sleek, modern feel that is ideal for fast runs, wide stretches and technical playing, while still remaining comfortable for chord work and long sessions.
