Product Description
The Protection Racket Acoustic Guitar AAA Style Gig Case is built for players who need serious protection in a lightweight, easy to carry package. Combining rugged outer materials with a soft, form friendly interior and ergonomic carrying options, it keeps your acoustic safe from knocks, scrapes and everyday gigging mishaps while staying comfortable on your back.
Using the same Racketex outer as Protection Racket drum cases, this gig bag is designed to shrug off life on the road. Inside, a plush Velvetex lining and high density foam cradle your guitar securely, with extra reinforcement at key stress points. Practical touches like twin front pockets, breathable shoulder straps and a tough AAA style handle make it a reliable companion for rehearsals, studio sessions and shows alike.
Road Ready Racketex Exterior
The outer of this case is made from Protection Racket’s proven Racketex material, as used on their drum cases. It is designed to be tough, scuff resistant and long lasting, helping to protect your acoustic from everyday bumps and scrapes when you are loading in, travelling or storing your instrument between sessions.
Plush Velvetex Interior with Targeted Reinforcement
Inside, your guitar sits against a Velvetex lining, a soft yet hard wearing brushed cotton that is gentle on finishes. Racketex squares at the neck and bridge areas add extra durability where hardware can otherwise wear through a case over time, while an adjustable foam neck block and guitar base block help you customise the support to suit your instrument.
High Density Foam Protection
Surrounding your guitar is a layer of high density 10 mm foam. This padding helps absorb impacts and reduce shock if the case is knocked or put down a little harder than planned, offering a reassuring level of protection without adding unnecessary weight.
Comfortable Carrying and Smart Storage
Carrying is made easy with an AAA style handle, as found on Protection Racket’s AAA drum cases, giving a solid and secure grip. Padded, ergonomic and breathable shoulder straps are fully adjustable, so you can wear the case comfortably on your back. Two front pockets provide space for accessories, while hanging D rings and a luggage tag add extra practicality when you are on the move.
Features
- Rugged Racketex Outer - The same hard wearing Racketex material used on Protection Racket drum cases helps the gig bag resist tears, scuffs and general wear, giving you a dependable outer shell for regular rehearsals and gigs.
- Velvetex Lining with Neck and Bridge Reinforcement - A soft Velvetex interior protects your guitar’s finish, while Racketex reinforcement at the neck and bridge areas and adjustable foam blocks help keep the instrument stable and supported in transit.
- High Density 10 mm Foam Padding - The 10 mm layer of high density foam offers cushioning against knocks and bumps, providing a protective barrier around your acoustic without making the case bulky or heavy.
- Comfortable Carry System and Storage Pockets - Padded ergonomic shoulder straps, an AAA style handle and two front accessory pockets make it easy to carry your guitar and keep essentials like tuners, strings and cables close to hand.
