Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Based on the original PT-PRO, the Pedaltrain Classic PRO is designed for professionals and pedal enthusiasts alike. Retaining the original’s 5-rail design, the Classic PRO has plenty of space for those with extensive and potentially complex pedal setups including those with switching systems. The large size of this board does not, however, compromise the durability and build-quality Pedaltrain have become known for. This version comes with a tour-grade hard case to keep your pedalboard protected when you're on the road.
When your rig has more than two or three pedals a pedalboard almost becomes a necessity to keep you from tripping up on a mess of cables. With its sturdy, rugged design the Classic PRO is a reliable platform to mount your pedals, capable of withstanding the rigours of gigging and touring. The Classic PRO lifts your pedals off the ground, keeping them safe from scratches and spills on stage, and presenting your pedals at a comfortable angle to use them.
The Classic PRO improves on the original with an open front design making it easier to use a wide range of power supplies with your board. Included is 160 inches of Pedaltrain's proprietary hook and loop tape to keep your pedals in place when you stamp down ahead of that big solo. You also get zip ties for cable management to prevent you tripping up or getting headaches untangling a mess of cables.
Included is the Pedaltrain Classic pro tour grade case with wheels which makes transporting your pedal rig easier and safer than ever, with a soft interior lining and a hard rugged exterior to protect your pedals from damages.
