Ibanez S721RB-BKF S Series Electric Guitar in Black Flat

The Ibanez S721RB-BKF takes the sleek, sculpted S Series silhouette and arms it for modern metal. With a razor-thin Wizard III neck, lightweight Okoume body and a set of DiMarzio D Activator humbuckers, this Black Flat riff machine delivers crushing tones, lightning-fast playability and rock-solid tuning stability in a stripped-back, stage-ready package.

Part of the Iron Label family, the S721RB-BKF is built from the ground up for heavy music. Everything is geared towards performance: a super-stable 5 piece neck, locking Gotoh MG T machine heads, a low-profile Gibraltar Standard III bridge and luminescent side dots that keep you locked in even on the darkest stages. If you want an ultra-comfortable, no-nonsense metal guitar that will keep up with any technique you can throw at it, this S Series is ready to go.

Iron Label S Series for Modern Metal

The Iron Label concept is simple: no frills, just what you need for devastating metal tones and feel. The S721RB-BKF keeps the classic S Series carved body that hugs your torso and sits comfortably whether you are standing or sitting, while the all-black aesthetic and flat finish give it a stealthy, aggressive look that fits perfectly on any heavy stage.

Wizard III Neck and Ebony Fretboard

Ibanez Wizard necks are legendary for their speed, and the Wizard III 5 piece Maple and Walnut neck on the S721RB-BKF is no exception. Thin, flat and incredibly stable, it lets you fly around the 24 frets with minimal effort. The ebony fretboard adds a tight, focused response with punchy lows and mids, quick attack and rich sustain, ideal for articulate riffing and fluid lead work.

DiMarzio D Activator Pickups

A matched pair of DiMarzio D Activator humbuckers provides the firepower. Voiced for high output but with a clean, open character, they deliver tight low end, cutting mids and harmonically rich highs that stay defined even under extreme gain. Whether you are palm muting low tuned riffs or soaring into sustained leads, these pickups keep every note clear and controlled.

Stage Ready Hardware and Details

The Gibraltar Standard III bridge is designed for comfort and maximum string vibration transfer, giving you a solid feel under the picking hand and excellent sustain. Gotoh MG T locking machine heads make string changes quick and help keep tuning rock steady through aggressive playing. Luminescent side dots ensure you can always see your position on the neck, even when the lights go down.
