Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

The Mode Series reimagines an iconic bass design for today’s players, retaining the familiar outline and ergonomic comfort while updating the details for superior performance. Roasted Maple neck & fingerboard
The roasted Maple neck and fingerboard are heat-treated for increased stability, durability and resistance to moisture and temperature changes. Powerful Delta S5J pickups with Sonitech S preamp
A pair of Delta S5J pickups delivers a crisp high-end attack, full, punchy mids and a tight, controlled low end that works brilliantly with a wide range of amps and pedals. The Ibanez Sonitech S Preamp adds a highly flexible 3-band EQ with two selectable mid-frequency banks and a passive tone control, so you can move from vintage-flavoured warmth to cutting modern aggression with ease. The push/pull EQ bypass and 3-way mid frequency switch make it simple to dial in your sound quickly on any gig.
Stage-ready hardware & playability
Medium stainless steel frets offer a smooth feel and exceptional longevity, while the 'Super All Access' neck joint makes upper fret access effortless.
