Product Description
Beautifully presented in Faded Aged Fiesta Red, Andertons are pleased to offer this exemplary Fender Custom Shop ‘55 Stratocaster. Elegantly finished off with gold hardware and Deluxe Closet Classic ageing, this Strat is guaranteed to turn heads wherever you bring it out.
Featuring a trio of Custom Shop ’55 Strat pickups, this Strat provides the quintessential glassiness and bell-like resonance found in the most desirable Strats. Its Modern V-shaped neck feels comfortable in all playing positions, and its Ash body helps provide a lively and resonant tone.
Original Woods
Fender's original wood combination of an Ash body paired with a Maple neck. The Ash provides a sweet and resonant, well-balanced guitar tone which is brilliantly complemented by the brightness and responsiveness of the maple neck.
Fender Custom Shop
The Fender Dream Factory… Fender’s best luthiers, using the best materials and tools all under one roof with the single unified mission of building the best guitars that Fender has ever produced. Founded in 1987, the Custom Shop was established to take Fender’s manufacturing back to its roots with smaller production numbers and higher quality. Famed for pushing Leo's designs to their absolute limits, the Custom Shop is the benchmark to which all other Fender electric guitars are compared to!
Features
- Modern V - The Modern V neck profile offers a thinner variation of Fender’s classic V-shaped neck profile. The perfect choice for players who demand a versatile ergonomic neck profile that still comfortably hugs the hand.
- Deluxe Closet Classic - The Deluxe Closet Classic ageing perfectly replicates what would be described by collectors as mint condition. The finish shows some discolouration and oxidation; however, it still retains an honest shine.
- 9.50” Radius - Fender’s modern fingerboard radius favoured by many for its comfort and versatility.
- Narrow Tall - Similar to vintage wire but slightly taller and slightly wider for a comfortable hybrid that doesn’t look out of place on a vintage-styled instrument.
