Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that stock availability can change quickly both online and in-store, so we would always recommend placing your Click and Collect order as soon as possible to reserve your item.

The LP Custom’s always been the dressed-up member of the family, originally created in 1954 at Les Paul’s request as a more refined, “tuxedo” take on his iconic design. And with its split diamond headstock inlay, block fingerboard markers, multi-ply binding and show-stopping finish, this model definitely keeps that cool Custom vibe intact!
Big Les Paul sustain
Under the dazzling finish, you’ve got a tried-and-tested tonewood recipe that provides the warmth and resonance players expect from a great Les Paul. The solid Mahogany body brings punchy mids and rich lows, while the Maple top adds brightness and attack. A one-piece Mahogany neck is joined to the body with a long neck tenon, helping notes ring out with awesome sustain.
Smooth playability
A bound Ebony fingerboard gives this guitar that slick Custom feel, complete with 22 medium jumbo frets and mother-of-pearl block inlays. The modern medium “C” neck profile is really comfy too, making it easy to move from chunky rhythm parts to soaring lead lines without ever feeling like you’re fighting the instrument.

Loaded with Gibson USA 490R and 498T humbuckers, this Epiphone Les Paul Custom serves up everything from warm, singing neck pickup tones to powerful bridge-position bite.
