Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose Click and Collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team on 01483 456777 for assistance with placing your order.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that stock availability can change quickly both online and in-store, so we would always recommend placing your Click and Collect order as soon as possible to reserve your item.

Once paired, it becomes an intuitive extension of the guitar's smart features, letting you access your sounds and functions in a way that feels natural underfoot. No menus, no distractions, just direct control where you need it.
Quick And Simple Pairing
Pairing the footswitch with your Inspire Pro is straightforward. With the guitar powered on, hold down switches 2 and 3 until the indicator lights begin to flash. Keep the footswitch close to the guitar while the lights are flashing, then wait for them to stop. Once the lights are steady, pairing is complete and you are ready to go.
Hands Free Preset And Bank Switching
Once connected, the four numbered switches give you instant access to your preset tones. Tap 1, 2, 3 or 4 to move between sounds on the fly, ideal for changing from clean to crunch to lead mid song. You can also change banks, with the relevant indicator lighting up to show which bank is active while the others remain off, so you always know exactly where you are.
Rechargeable And Gig Ready
Power comes via a built in rechargeable battery that is topped up using a standard USB-C connection. A full charge provides up to 8 hours of standby time and around 5 hours of active continuous use, giving you plenty of runtime for typical rehearsals and performances without needing to recharge mid set.
