Product Description
D'Addario XS Coated Phosphor Bronze strings take acoustic longevity to the next level, and this handy 3-pack of Light 12-53 sets keeps you gig-ready for longer. Combining an ultra-thin XS coating with D'Addario's renowned phosphor bronze formula, these strings deliver a warm, balanced acoustic tone with an exceptionally smooth feel and dramatically extended lifespan.
Built around a high-tensile NY Steel core with Fusion Twist technology, XS Phosphor Bronze strings offer outstanding break resistance and rock-solid tuning stability, making them ideal for regular performers and dedicated practice schedules alike. The popular 12-53 Light gauge strikes a sweet spot between comfortable playability and full, expressive tone, suiting everything from fingerstyle to strumming across any genre.
Ultra-Long-Lasting XS Coating
At the heart of XS Phosphor Bronze is an ultra-thin film coating that protects the entire string, helping them last significantly longer than standard acoustic sets. This means your tone stays clear and consistent for more playing hours, with less frequent string changes and better value from every pack.
Warm, Balanced Phosphor Bronze Tone
The classic phosphor bronze wrap wire delivers the signature D'Addario acoustic sound, with a beautifully balanced frequency response and a warm, musical top end. Whether you are recording, gigging or playing at home, these strings sit naturally in a mix and suit virtually any playing style or genre.
NY Steel Core and Fusion Twist Stability
Using a NY Steel core and Fusion Twist technology, XS Phosphor Bronze strings offer impressive break strength and exceptional tuning stability. They are designed to stay in tune up to 131% better than standard acoustic strings, so you can play longer sets and more demanding sessions with fewer tuning checks.
Value-Packed 3-Pack
This 3-pack gives you three complete sets of XS Phosphor Bronze Light 12-53 strings, making it a practical choice for regular string changers, gigging musicians or players who like to keep spares in their case. Each set also includes a code you can register to earn Players Circle points with D'Addario.
