Schecter PT Guitars
Schecter’s PT guitars may look familiar, but they’re no longer the old school guitar we’ve come oh so accustomed to. These are kitted out for high gain, heavy rock and fast modern playing techniques. Available in a variety of specs, the there’s bound to be a PT suited to your needs – whether you’re after a Floyd Rose, modern finish, fixed bridge or seventies styling.
The PT line-up is split into further groups: the Sun Valley Super Shredder, PT Pro, PT Special, PT Fastback, PT SLS Elite and PT Apocalypse. There’s an excellent choice of styles, from sultry flamed maple tops to old school flat finishes, colour fades and more.
If you’re after the hottest metal output and super flat fretboards, the PT SLS Elite or Apocalypse is for you. These are at the top of the range and offer premium build quality and hardware. The PT Pro is next up – again with high output Schecter-made Z-Plus humbucker and a stunning quilt top.
For the classy touch, you’ll want the PT Fastback, with its longer pickguard and crunchy Diamond UltraTron pickups. For the boy racer guitarist, the Sun Valley offers awesome EMG pickups, a flat 14-inch fingerboard and Floyd Rose floating bridge for all the shred fun you could have.
